I cannot recommend Just Journeys high enough, from the first visit speaking to Alistair to look at a road trip from Vancouver to Calgary. We had sort of a rough idea but left it with Alistair to put together an Itinerary, which when finalised was perfect. We found all the hotels and lodges to be of an excellent standard, your company obviously know the region which helped us with places to visit and realistic timescales to enjoy. Everything went according to plan. We enjoyed the personal service you provided. As you know we found you by word of mouth from our friends who were equally full of praise for your excellent assistance. We will be recommending you to our friends and work colleagues and will be arranging to see you again in the New Year to book a fresh adventure for 2024. Thank you so very much for our memorable trip.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just Journey gave us all the help and advice we needed to plan our recent trip to around Ontario Canada. Alistair and Leo know their stuff and were able to find very competitive flights and hotel rates. Great service and great holiday - thanks!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We went to Leo to book a flight to Australia, I have to say I was very impressed with the service, he tried to find us the best deal, set everything up and kept us informed every step of the way. On the day of the flight we even received a call to wish us luck on the journey, what a little little personal touch, he really went above and beyond and was a pleasure to deal with. Will 💯 use Just Journey again and would highly recommend his service to anyone wishing to book a trip! Thank you Leo ☺️

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were planning a big trip to New Zealand and Australia and wanted help to make it happen.
After reading such positive reviews on Just Journey we made contact and met up with Leo to discuss our plans.
Having listened to our ideas Leo soon came back with a suggested plan and had even managed to include some time in Japan within our budget, something we had mentioned we would like to do.
We were listened to and made to feel that nothing was too much trouble.
The enthusiasm and professionalism from both Leo and Alistair throughout was fantastic and we would highly recommend Just Journey for your travel needs.
Thank you both so much for making our trip happen, it went smoothly with well located hotels, well timed flights and without a problem.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A wonderful experience from start to finish! Amazing and reassuring customer service. I felt confident in the holiday plans which were put in place, but also that I would have help if anything did happen. Everything went so smoothly. Each property we stayed in was beyond what I could have achieved for myself. Going to Japan as a single mum felt like a big trip to organise myself and I am beyond grateful for the help I received. The perfect holiday! Highly recommend :)

I would highly recommend just journey - Leo was brilliant! Communication was great and our honeymoon was fantastic - more than we could have dreamed of! The hotel's were beautiful and the whole trip was seamless.
